The Little Rooster is now available globally.

Q. How much does delivery cost within the UK cost and how long does it take?  

A. Standard delivery (2 - 4 working days) to the UK is included in the price.  We offer a '1 day service' for £3.99 but do not recommend it as we are only able to guarantee next day delivery if you place your order before 5 am.  Some orders placed after 5 am may be delivered the following day.  You can choose your delivery options during checkout.

Q. How much does delivery to the rest of the EU (Europe) cost and how long does it take?

A. Delivery outside the UK but within the EU costs £3.99.  This is added to the price during checkout.  Delivery within the EU takes between 2 - 5 working days.

Q. How much does delivery to the rest of the world cost and how long does it take?

Delivery to the rest of the world costs £9 and generally takes from 7 - 10 days.  Under exceptional circumstances we have had cases where delivery has taken up to 15 working days, but this is very rare.  We nonetheless advise you take this into consideration when making your purchase.

Q My country has a tax on imports/customs in my country is notoriously random.  Who is responsible for paying these taxes?

A. You are.  We ship from the UK and pay taxes and VAT in the EU.  Any other taxes/import duties and so forth are your responsibility.

That said, in general if there are issues with customs or import duties in your country, you will probably know about it already.  We have had no issues delivering Little Roosters to the US and Canada, and we understand that there are no problems delivering to Australia.  If you have any difficulties in importing a Little Rooster, please let us know and we will share that knowledge here.

Q. I assume the Little Rooster will bill me discreetly and deliver in a discreet package.

A. Naturally.  Whilst we'd love you to shout about the Little Rooster we respect your discretion absolutely and will do nothing to compromise it.

Q. Can I have my Little Rooster delivered somewhere other than my billing address?

A. Yes, just uncheck the 'Ship items to the above billing address' during checkout.

Q. I have not received my Little Rooster/it was broken during transit/I have decided I no longer want it.  What should I do?

A. For returns, please email returns@littleroosterstore.com; for any other problem please email solvemyproblem@littleroosterstore.com.  We take your dissatisfaction very seriously indeed, and prioritise solving your problems over making new sales.
